Dr. Kovacs graduated cum laude from Semmelweis University of Medical Science,
Budapest, Hungary in1983. He completed two neurology trainings, one in Hungary
and one in the United States. He has been Board Certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
